The Hedge Office Block – St Julians

AASK has been entrusted with a Turnkey Project at The Hedge Development consisting of 8 levels and two underground levels. Works consist of supply and installations of building services  as well as all the finishes to common areas. It also includes the finishing of the external fabric of the building.  In this project, equipment from the AUX range of HVAC systems is being installed. 

 

 

Coastline Hotel Extension

During December 2014 AASK has been entrusted with the Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical Services for the infrastructure of the refurbishment  & Extension of the Coastline Hotel in Salini, limits of Naxxar.  The extension consists of additional guest rooms with ancillary parking facilities and a multipurpose hall.

                

 

AASK has been awarded with the  M&E Installations at MIDI Q1  apartments consisting of a 13 storey residential block of luxurious apartments in a prime area in Malta.

             

 

 In addition to the Midi Q1 Project, AASK is also currently carrying out works at: 

 

• Pender Garden Block 16 which comprises a mix of 45 apartments  ranging from 1/2/3 Bedroom Apartments, Duplex Units to Penthouses.

 

  

• Metropole Apartments consisting of 29 three-bedroom apartments and 3 penthouses with high-end finish.

  

• Luxurious  properties located  in Manikata which consists of 16 semi-detached Villas
